Custom Orders
As most of our products are custom or made to order, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed and shipped.
If There’s an Issue
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and include clear photos along with a description of the issue. This helps us understand what happened and resolve it quickly.
Our Commitment
While issues are rare, they can happen. If a product arrives defective, damaged, or if we made a mistake, we will absolutely make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
